☆利用規約と免責事項について
​＞ズンバフィットネス・ダンスを目的とするクラスであり参加者の親睦、及び心身の健康維持と増進を図ります。
＞暴力団関係者及び当クラスに相応しくないと判断される行為、行動、身なりの方は参加をお断り致します。
＞当クラスは参加者がスタジオ内で生じた人的・物的事故ならびに盗難においては一切その責任を負わないものとします。
＞当クラスでは貴重品は預からず、参加者各自の責任において管理することを基本とします。
＞参加者が当クラスのスタジオ施設の利用中、重大な自己責任に帰すべき事由によりスタジオまたは第三者に損害を与えた場合、その参加者が責任を負うものとします。
＞参加費は参加時に現金で主催者に支払い、返金しません。
＞ズンバ、ダンス、エクササイズをしている最中に怪我をしないように参加者各々の責任範疇とします。
☆注意事項
＞当クラス内における商業行為、宗教、政治的な活動等はお断り致します。
＞当クラス内においてビデオ、録音、写真撮影等を行う場合、予め許可を受けることとします。
＞クラス前後や最中に写真や動画を撮ります。それらをミートアップ等のSNSに載せられない方はお申し付け下さい。
>当クラスのインストラクターより記念写真や動画を各自の連絡先に送信することがありますが、参加者ではない第三者への転送やSNSなど公の場での配信はご遠慮下さい。

★Terms of Service and Disclaimer
>The purpose is for Zumba fitness/dance, building friendship between participants and health improvement for body and soul.
>Inadequate behavior and gangster are not allowed to participate. 
>The organizer and participants shall not be liable for personal or physical accidents or thefts that occur in the studio.
>The personal belongings will be under the participants' responsibility.
>If the participant damages the studio or a third party, he/she shall be liable.
>Participation fee will be paid to the organizer in cash at the time of participation and will not be refunded.
>It is the responsibility of each participant to avoid injuries while doing Zumba and dancing.

★Notes
> Commercial, religions and political activities in this class are not allowed.
> When performing video, recording, photography in our class, we shall receive permission in advance.
> Taking pictures and video before or after or during the class, please let me know if you are not allow to post the photo and movie on SNS such as Meetup, Facebook, etc.
​＞The instructor may send you the memorial pictures and video to your personal LINE, please keep it to yourself and refrain from forwarding the others and publishing them to SNS or others.
