音楽を感じ、ただ流れに身を任せ、有酸素運動が基本となるズンバ。
ダンサーでもダンスやフィットネス未経験者でも全ての人のためにデザインされたワクワクするプログラムで、気軽に参加できるパーティのような雰囲気♪
ダイナミックでエキサイティングで陽気で、1時間で1000キロカロリー消費も有り得る!!
ダイエットや健康維持にも効果的で、うつ病にも効果的と言われている(^O^)
魂を揺さぶるアップビートで爽快感溢れる世界中の音楽に身を任せダンスフィットネスを最高に楽しみましょう♪
知り合いがいなくても大丈夫！一人参加、お友達との参加、大歓迎d(^-^)b
クラスには20代から70代前後の方が参加されています。😉

持ち物：動きやすい服装、室内運動靴
汗拭きタオル、フタ付き飲み物
1回参加:1,500円
5回券:7,000円（発行日より3か月有効）
10回券:13,000円（発行日より3か月有効）
支払方法：現金 PayPay LinePay
回数券は友達や家族と共同でご利用可能。
初参加当日1500円で参加された場合、当日に限り回数券の差額を払えば回数券の購入に切り替えられます。
有効期限内に次の10回券を買う場合は500円割引。

地下1階のスタジオはカーテンで仕切ります。
1階のスタジオは小さい更衣室があります

Bring Sportswear, sports shoes & water
1 class JPY1,500
5 class ticket JPY7,000
10class ticket JPY13,000
Both tickets expires 3 months after the issuance date.
Payment method: Cash or PayPay or LinePay
Please pay Yukiko instructor before the class starts.
You can share the ticket with your friends and family.
At the first participating date, if you pay the difference for the ticket, you can switch to the ticket.
If you purchase the next 10 class ticket before the date of expiration, you can get JPY500 discount.
